A set of cards made using Magic Set Editor [link] Also, it is important to note that I used MatrixRegularSmallCaps for the titles of these cards, and I will be happy to send the font file to anyone who asks; just send me a note.

Set Code is CNFF (Carly Nagisa's Fortune Fairies)

Yu-Gi-Oh! wiki copypasta, GO:

The Fortune Fairies, known as Fortune Telling Witches in the Japanese version, are a series of 6 spirits, who are named and colored according to their own Attribute. The card text on each "Fortune Fairy" tells the fortune of the person who draws it, along with a listing of a lucky number, color and item.

To date, all the known ones are Spellcaster-Type Normal Monsters with 0 ATK and DEF. Each have a different Level from 1 to 6.

In the first episode that they were used in a Duel, it appears that their play style focuses on summoning as many as possible and as fast as possible, using cards such as "Luck Loan" and "Unacceptable Result", then using "Miracle Stone" to increase their ATK.

The "Fortune Fairies" were used by Carly Carmine in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. Carly's use of these monsters partially mimicked Sartorius's use of his "Arcana Force" monsters as tarot cards.

All of these cards have a fortune written on them, with lucky number, color etc. The lucky color and number correspond to that monsters' Attribute and Level. The fortune may be based on the luck of you having it in your hand, e.g. it would be unlucky to have a level 6 Normal Monster with 0 ATK and DEF.

"Fortune Fairies" don't appear in OCG/TCG. They are only playable in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 4-6.

After Carly became a Dark Signer, she began to use an alternate version of these cards known as the "Fortune Ladies", which are more powerful versions of the original "Fortune Fairies".

In the English-version Duel Terminal 1 (TCG) and later, the "Fortune Fairies" appear in the "Card Only Get" mode.

It also seems that most of the fortunes correspond to effects of their Fortune Lady counterparts.
